Yea - the issue is Comcast hop in Martinsville, always times out when going through there according to a tracert. A few of us have opened tickets in the r/Comcast_Xfinity subreddit to try and bring attention to the issue. I'm in Blue Ridge and wishing hard that Lumos or GloFiber would come through, but I doubt it'll happen.
